  1. Dewey is going to Mel’s house for track work. He is taking off the grouser bars and will be speading them out. He is also working on the transmission. Should be no problem being ready for fall.

  2. The track is back on Dewey but there is a problem with the front bogie wheel. It is @ my house, but, will be moved a soon as parts come in for repair.

  3. Doug Cole just called and said Dewey threw a right hand track this afternoon so I will not be going to Walford tomorrow. Will need help getting track back on. Will post again when we have Dewey working again.

  4. Today was a good day I started a 10 AM at -2 degrees. Dewey started fine left farm and groomed trail 5 to trail 6 south to trail 4 the railroad bed and headed west. When I got to 600 acre’s I tried to groom trail 4A about 2 miles in along the south side of 600 acre’s I could not make it out of the dip in the trail and ended up turning around and going back to 140th street. I kind of made a mess of the trail so take care when riding on 4A north of MacBride Park. I then groomed trail 4 on to Ely and the trail 3 to Shueyville. The groomer is at Doug Coles and tomorrow I will continue grooming trail 3 to 965 then trail 10 to Hwy 151 and the trail 11 to Fairfax and south to Walford. Depending on time I will return to Hwy 965 and groom trail 3 south to NL. I will leave Dewey at Mel’s. If I run out of time the groomer will be at Barta farm on Walford Rd.

  5. I plan on grooming from farm to Shueyville on 4 and groom the 4A trail south from 600 acre’s to MacBride Park and back to 4. Doug and I are going to look at the route to Walford and if it looks do able I will groom to Walford and back to Shueville on Wednesday.
